Author Biography

Leslie E. Owen worked as an editor and agent in children's publishing in New York City and Vancouver. She now lives in Florida with her chidlren and many tree frogs.

Illustrator Biography

George Juhasz was born in Hungary in 1933, but left the country in 1956. He lived in Switzerland, Montreal and Vancouver. A celebrated animator, his credits include the Beatles' Yellow Submarine and Oscar Wilde's The Happy Prince.
