Summer Dreams Literary Arts Festival

Tradewind Books will be at the Summer Dreams Festival, with readings by authors Tiffany Stone, Karim Alrawi and Glen Huser. Tiffany will be reading from 4:00 – 4:30 PM on the Children's Stage, and Karim and Glen will be reading from 4:30 – 5:00 PM, also on the Children's Stage.
The main event incorporates literary groups, including multi-cultural readings in various languages, dancers, an original theatrical performance, musical performances, panel discussions, open mics, workshops and a children's area with puppet shows, music, story tellers, face painting and craft tables.
George Bowering will open the festival's Main Stage while Russell Thornton will open the Granville stage. The day will be wrapped up with aperformance by C.R. Avery.
