Tradewind’s title Emi and Mini receives a wonderful review from The British Columbia Review.
Written by Hanako Masutani and illustrated by Stephane Jorisch, this charming tale of Emi and her new pet, Mini, a fat and adorable guinea pig. As the reviewer notes, Emi and Mini is “a quiet, well-considered story that reveals growth and connection. . . (with) lovely and loving illustrations by Stéphane Jorisch”. The reviewer continues, describing it as, ” a spot-on read . . . as an introduction to those glorious things known as chapter books.” High praise indeed for a well-deserving story.
